    Saudi Arabia’s best and worst-ranked airlines revealed in latest GACA complaint index

    Saudi Arabia’s General Authority of Civil Air Travel (GACA) videotaped 1, 620 passenger grievances in October 2025, as the authority released its latest performance position for airline companies and airports across the Kingdom.

    The month-to-month index evaluates both the volume of issues and the efficiency of service carriers in settling them on schedule, providing a photo of consumer experience throughout the aeronautics industry.

    Saudi airline company complaints

    Flynas topped all service providers for the month, posting the least complaints at 21 per 100, 000 passengers and accomplishing a 100 percent on-time problem resolution rate.

    flyadeal rated 2nd, recording 30 problems per 100, 000 guests and a 99 percent prompt resolution rate. Saudia Airlines put third with 35 problems per 100, 000 travelers and a 72 per cent on-time resolution price.

    GACA kept in mind that one of the most often reported complaint groups in October were flight-related issues, followed by luggage services and ticketing.

    In the classification of international airport terminals taking care of greater than 6 million travelers yearly, King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah taped the least problems, with 19 per 100, 000 travelers and a 100 per cent timely resolution price.

    Among global airport terminals dealing with less than 6 million travelers every year, Taif International Airport terminal placed greatest, with one grievance per 100, 000 passengers and a 100 percent on-time resolution rate.

    For domestic airport terminals, Bisha Airport led the classification, likewise videotaping one grievance per 100, 000 passengers and achieving a 100 per cent timely resolution price.
