Real estate purchases in Qatar reached around QAR 657 million recently, driven by sales agreements registered with the Division of Real Estate Enrollment at the Ministry of Justice, official numbers show.
According to data launched by the department, the volume of property purchases in sales agreements during the period from December 21 to 25, 2025 amounted to QAR 607, 769, 329
In addition, the overall worth of sales contracts for household units recorded in the Property Bulletin for the very same period stood at QAR 49, 439, 497

Building sales rise across Qatar
The weekly record released by the Division of Realty Enrollment outlined the kinds of residential properties traded during the duration.
