    Dubai rental market led by Indian, British tenants – report

    Indian and British nationals have become the two most famous lessee teams in Dubai’s rental market, according to new study from fäm Residences.

    The market evaluation, based on DXBinteract data, reveals that these 2 races constantly leading rental demographics throughout numerous neighbourhoods, underscoring their essential function fit the emirate’s cosmopolitan real estate landscape.

    Indians are the leading lessee group in 5 of the 10 significant locations analysed, consisting of Al Warsan First, Jebel Ali First, Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), Al Barsha 4th, and Business Bay, where they stand for in between 18 percent and 52 percent of tenants.
