    91% of women leaders in the UAE optimistic about gender equality in AI leadership – report

    Females are emerging as leading voices in shaping the region’s AI future, a new record from software program firm Cloudera has revealed, with expanding optimism among ladies leaders in the Middle East concerning AI’s potential to advance sex equality.

    The Women in Leadership in Technology (WLIT) study, which canvassed IT leaders across the Center East, located that 91 percent of women in the UAE are confident about attaining sex equality in AI leadership within 5 years.

    Nevertheless, half of participants said gender inequality continues to be apparent across the sector.

    The report additionally reveals that 88 percent of IT leaders believe AI will be a vital driver of sex equilibrium in technology, and the same percentage claim ladies in IT will play a central role fit AI approaches and administration.
